About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for your own client assignments and work independently throughout the entire accounting process – from ongoing bookkeeping to year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns. You will also be an important quality bearer and a support for more junior colleagues.

This role suits you who are confident in your skills, appreciate variety, and want to be involved in building a strong and sustainable accounting firm.

Your main tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Monthly and year-end closings
• Annual reports and income tax returns
• VAT and tax declarations
• Payroll management (meritorious)
• Client contact and advisory
• Quality assurance of deliveries
• Guidance and knowledge sharing with junior colleagues

Who are you?

You are confident, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a professional approach and like to work closely with both clients and colleagues.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience as an accountant or accounting consultant
• Are used to working independently from start to finish
• Have good knowledge of Swedish regulations (K2/K3, tax, and VAT)
• Are pedagogical and enjoy supporting and developing others
• Are solution-oriented, meticulous, and unpretentious
• Thrive in a smaller or growing organization
